1-2-1 mentoring offers individuals focused, guided time to reflect on their current position. In doing so, exposing new areas of their sustainable journey to be investigated. The outcome is a co-developed action plan, which includes tools and resources, to support them as they take the next steps on their journey, no matter what stage they are at.
What is it?
Mentoring to support new knowledge around sustainability; Supporting the shift to sustainable physical practices; Identifying opportunities for new products, services, or offerings related to sustainable practices.
Who’s it for?
For artists, craft people, micro and small businesses, research groups, and small collectives, developing art works, crafts, products, and cultural services.
How does it work?
Mentoring is done by planned appointments either in person or via Zoom. This is designed to be affordable to all, with check-in sessions available at flexible intervals.

Consultation based work is agreed through an initial scoping session. We agree the desired outcomes of the project, then we get to work co-developing a strategy that fits. This service is designed to offer an in-depth, external voice to ignite and facilitate progressive sustainable change within your working structure.

How does it work?
Earthli runs regular sustainability 101 workshops which are the perfect setting to get started on your sustainability journey. We also run masterclasses into more specific areas of climate culture and sustainable practices where we use various practical and theoretical tool kits to enable sustained action.
