Consultancy Support

The first stage of consultancy is getting to know you and your business. Here we will spend time looking at your current offer, customer group, day-to-day functionality, and processes. We will also identify your priorities for sustainable progress in response to your environmental, social, and financial goals. This stage of the process is a collaboration, working together to understand the requirements for your future sustainability plan.

During the second step of our interaction you have the option to be as hands on as you would like. Time can be a challenging factor, so whilst I provide plenty of opportunities for hands-on co-development during this stage, I am also happy to take a leading role if needed. Your strategy development will be focused on short, medium, and long term targets in response to the three pillars of sustainability and your identified areas of priority from our initial conversations. More focused development work can also be done around specific products and product lines during this stage, as well as carbon footprint analysis work, and adoption strategies if required.

Once your strategy has been developed and reviewed we will share a document with you outlining the key areas of focus along with a suggested action plan, and timeline for which these activities should be undertaken. Once you’ve had time to digest this document we sit down together to go through the action plan in more detail and provide support on any initial steps to be taken.

This isn’t where it ends, this is a complexed area and we understand that follow up support might be needed. We are on hand should you need any further support or guidance as you undertake your climate positive journey.
